What are hair extensions?
Hair extensions are hair that is attached to your own hair to give you the appearance and feel of longer hair. All of our human hair extensions are made from 100% real human hair.

There are many different types of hair extensions, including:

How are the hair extensions applied?

Is it possible to fit the clip in hair myself?
Yes, it’s very easy. You will receive full fitting instructions and it takes just minutes to fit them.
Can my hair extensions be straightened, curled, dyed?
Yes! Our hair extensions are made with human hair. The hair can be colored. As a general rule it is easier to darken the hair than to lighten the hair. But blonde hair has been bleached more so more caution must be taken when working with blonde hair. Always use a good quality hair dye and test a small sample first. It is best to always use a heat protection product before applying heat to the extensions. Just like our own hair, the less heat you use the better.
How long do hair extensions usually last?
The extensions are human hair, so they last as long as you want them to. If you look after your hair it is not uncommon for quality extensions to last up to twelve months. If not treated with respect they will need to be replaced every three to six months. The more you protect them the longer they will last.
Will people be able to see if I am wearing hair extensions?
The beauty of human hair extensions is the natural look that can be achieved with them. Once fitted, they are a perfect blend with your own hair. But if you use synthetic hair extensions, they will look less natural.

After my order is submitted, can I make changes to it or cancel it?
If your order has not been processed or shipped, you may cancel it for a full refund.
If your order has already been shipped, we are not able to cancel it and upon your receipt, please contact us for a Return Authorization.

How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, we will send you a Shipping Confirmation email that also includes your order's tracking number and its respective tracking link so that you can track your order online.
What happens if my order is damaged during transit?
If the outside of your package is damaged and/or contents seem to be disturbed, your first recourse is to contact the respective courier and file a claim. If you require further assistance, please contact our Customer Service department.
